103-room Hyatt Place opens in downtown Florence, South Carolina

The new hotel features the Hyatt Place brand’s intuitive design, casual atmosphere and practical amenities, such as free Wi-Fi and 24-hour food offerings. This hotel is owned by East Evans Hospitality LLC, was developed by Springbridge Development and is managed by Raines Hospitality.
Guests staying at Hyatt Place Florence/Downtown can enjoy close proximity to a number of companies, universities and arts, entertainment and sporting venues, including McLeod Health, Carolinas Hospital, Otis Elevator, Francis Marion University, Florence Museum, FMU Performing Arts Center, Florence Little Theater, Magnolia Mall, Florence Soccer Complex, and Freedom Florence Recreation Complex.
